This week we will be merging the Support Center and Client Center for ease of access and interoperability, the Support Tickets and Emails have already been carried over so you can continue to open tickets just as before via email or from the Client Center, however old tickets will not be shown under the new system until the carry-over is completed. The Knowledgebase migration requires a bit of rewritting, so many KB articles may be missing until completion this coming Monday January 25, 2016. If you are looking for a specific KB article that you can not find under the new system just let us know and we can provide the article directly or via Support Ticket.
